Asterfolio is a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC, owned and operated by The Nelson M Group LLC. An informational reading resource about reading a transcript legend; comparing credit-hour definitions. It organizes source-reading questions and does not provide personal assessments, treatment, recruitment, quotes, applications or contractor matching.

The reading form asks for first name, selected article topic and a separate policy acknowledgement. Last name, reading stage, email, mobile number and ZIP are optional. Phone is needed only if you select SMS. Do not submit identity documents, account credentials, medical records or financial statements. The plain contact form has no sending endpoint; use the listed support contact details instead.

Topic choices identify reading requested through Catalog reading. They are not used to make clinical, financial, eligibility or coverage decisions. Health-related selections are not shared for targeting. No third-party lead matching is offered.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide text messaging services (e.g., aggregators or telecom providers).

We do not sell, rent or share mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing. Any necessary messaging-service processing must be limited to delivering the chosen program, not independent marketing.

The established incoming feed to CRM records consent choices and source form/website (owner confirmed). The browser does not supply a verified request IP address.
