It organizes source-reading questions and does not provide personal assessments, treatment, recruitment, quotes, applications or contractor matching.

This site provides general educational material, not individualized medical, dental, financial, legal or insurance advice. It does not recruit study participants, book clinical visits, process aid applications, sell coverage, give quotes or match readers with third parties.

Use the material to prepare questions and understand terms. Consult the relevant official office, qualified professional or applicable original document for personal decisions. Do not use a reading guide as an emergency service or a substitute for individual assessment. Do not upload sensitive documents through a general form.

First name, a reading topic and policy acknowledgement are the only required lead-form inputs. Optional SMS selections do not determine access to reading. Phone, email and ZIP may remain blank when no SMS option is selected. Policy acceptance is separate from SMS permission.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide text messaging services (e.g., aggregators or telecom providers).

The Privacy Policy explains the requested fields and intended use. No third-party marketing lead distribution is offered.

The Catalog reading focuses on catalog reading. Articles carry a review date and identify their limited educational scope. Send correction questions through the listed support contact details. A later revision must keep the site, consent language, samples and provider record aligned.
